Judy Adams

Having trained in biology, education and ecology in Canada and Britain, Judy’s working career has been focused on education, conservation and outdoor recreation for organisations including  Lee Valley Regional Park and Herts and Middlesex Wildlife Trust. She has been involved in Epping Forest since 1975. She has chaired several nature/land based partnerships and charities. She chaired and led the merger of the two founding charities of Epping Forest Heritage Trust: the Friends of Epping Forest and the Epping Forest Centenary Trust. Epping Forest is in her psyche.

Neal Glucksmann-Smith

With a geography and geology background, Neal has extensive knowledge and experience in outdoor education. He had led over 200 geography field courses and many expeditions including world challenges school leader to Morocco, Iceland, Jordan, Nicaragua and Costa Rica. Now he is a Duke of Edinburgh Assessor and Leader, Redbridge Wellbeing Walk Leader and Trainer, Lead Trainer for Ramblers Association, Park Champion in Queen Elizabeth's Olympic Park, and a Walk Leader and High Beach Visitor Centre Volunteer for Epping Forest Heritage Trust.
