You can read about 2019’s Urban Tree Festival under “Chapter Two“. It was the second outing since our launch the previous year, made possible by the continued financial support of Trees for Cities, the only UK charity working at a national and international scale to improve lives through planting trees in cities and Tonkin Liu architects. Volunteers carry a heavy load too, and we want to especially thank James Boyle and Gail Astbury for their hard work.
The Urban Tree festival mission is simply to celebrate trees in urban settings – with your help we want to run an annual festival – please use our Get in Touch page if you can offer time, financial support, or expert advice.
