The Hackney Tree Musketeers are holding our annual Open day in our Tree nursery with talks, workshops, tours, choir performances, live graffiti art, kids activities, cake sale and a plant & tree sale.

Hackney Tree Musketeers

We germinate, grow and care for trees in our volunteer-led Hackney tree nursery, working with the council to plant trees in public spaces as well as engaging the public in caring for trees.

The Tree Musketeers are volunteers who propagate and grow trees, plant them out in Hackney's parks and green spaces, and look after them until they become established. We are based at our community tree nursery on Hackney Marshes. In addition to growing trees, the nursery also has an orchard, forest garden, pond and a small apiary. The TMs run community & school activities, walks, talks, trainings, and we work with park user groups to maintain trees. www.treemusketeers.org.uk
