ParkBathe is a citizen-science project providing mindful walks and nature connection as a means to improve the health and wellbeing of people who might not normally engage in wellness activities.
ParkBathe uses aspects of 'forest bathing', forest school and mindfulness and is simply walking slowly in a local green space whilst noticing our surroundings (no water is involved!)

ParkBathe is a citizen-science project providing mindful walks and nature connection as a means to improve the health and wellbeing of people who might not normally engage in wellness activities. ParkBathe uses aspects of 'forest bathing', forest school and mindfulness and is simply walking slowly in a local green space whilst noticing our surroundings (no water is involved!)
The 1 hr guided sessions consist of small groups (max 12 people) in Cator Park run in collaboration with the Friends of group.
These sessions are offered free with the option to DONATE. We ask you to pause a moment before you book and consider if you can afford a donation ticket today. Donating allows us to continue providing these walks to those who cannot afford to pay.

Join Millie for a meander through Cator Park, enjoying their glorious urban trees as part of the Urban Tree Festival. STAY ON for an informative talk by local tree surgeon afterwards 2-4pm. (This booking is just for the ParkBathe, no booking is needed for the tree talk)

Most tickets for the Urban Tree Festival are free, but we ask attendees to please donate if they can.
We suggest a donation of £5 per event ticket and you can easily donate by clicking the donate button. Larger donations are always welcomed.
