Join holistic, integrated arts therapist Bev McGarey in taking a creative look at the stunning trees in Crystal Palace Park. Bev specialises in woodland mindfulness. 

In this session, you'll use your senses to connect more closely with mother nature, and explore taking a playful hands-on approach to bark and tree trunks.

The session will start at the Information Centre which is near to the gate of the park nearest to Penge West station. The session will include a short walk so please arrive on time.

This event is part of the Urban Tree Festival and has been organised by CPRE London, which works to help London make progress towards the ambitious goal of going carbon neutral by 2030, strengthening biodiversity and nurturing nature for the wellbeing of wildlife and Londoners.

We are requesting donations for attendance at whatever level you can afford to pay. Large or small your contribution is very welcome. All materials will be provided.

Most tickets for the Urban Tree Festival are free, but we ask attendees to please donate if they can.

We suggest a donation of £5 per event ticket and you can easily donate by clicking the donate button. Larger donations are always welcomed.
