Event Information

This is a one hour creative writing for wellbeing workshop in the woodland grounds of Mycenae House Gardens in Greenwich. Creative writing for wellbeing is a simple and powerful way to draw on your inner wisdom. Take a stroll through the woodland and make space to hear yourself think.

Develop your self-resilience as you practice mindful descriptive writing with guided exercises and reflect on the power and symbolism of trees.

After this Wild Writing session you'll feel less stressed, more present afterwards. When we identify old stories and understand past experiences with a fresh perspective, we can rewrite our future and feel rooted in our present. Your words have power – use them!
