Join Wheels for Wellbeing for a supported outdoor session exploring local green spaces using a range of mobility aids, including adapted bikes and scooters.
Led by Phil Paulo from CPRE London, this guided tour will introduce participants to urban trees, sharing insights into tree management and biodiversity across the City.
Designed for those with limited mobility, this session aims to build confidence in accessing outdoor environments, while promoting wellbeing and social connection in an inclusive and supportive setting.
Age UK City of London will be helping to share this opportunity with local residents.
