Event Information

Connect + Create: Women's Nature Wellbeing Session

Join Ciaran Ivanovic for a gentle, guided wellbeing session designed to foster connection with nature through mindful and creative practices.

Blending elements of Forest Bathing, Qigong and nature-based activities (such as Nature Mandalas), Ciaran’s Connect + Create sessions invite participants to slow down, move gently, and engage with the natural environment in a restorative way.

This session is specifically designed to support women who may face barriers to accessing green space, including those with lived experience of trauma or from underrepresented communities. It aims to create a welcoming, supportive environment that promotes wellbeing, confidence, and social connection.

The session is proposed to take place at Christchurch Greyfriars Garden, and is intended for women connected to local support networks or who would like to connect to local women.
