Join Clare Barry for this Urban Tree Festival funded event… Learn how to destress and boost your concentration during this forest bathing session among urban trees.

The Japanese practice of shinrin yoku invites you to slow down, breathe deeply and notice the natural world around you. You will be guided through this process of relaxation and mindful walk in the beautiful Brunswick Square Gardens in Bloomsbury.

Leave behind all the distractions of city life and enjoy this therapeutic time in nature. You will leave feeling less stressed, more mindful and better connected to the world around you and within you.

Start/Finish: at entrance to Brunswick Square Gardens  WC1N 1DJ which is opposite the Brunswick Centre. Nearest tube station is Holborn or and mainline station is Kings Cross St Pancras
