Join us for a supported outdoor session sponsored by City of London with Wheels for Wellbeing led by Phil Paulo from CPRE London, exploring local green spaces and urban trees using adapted bikes and scooters supplied.
Designed for people with limited mobility, it promotes well being, confidence, and social connection in an inclusive setting.

Join Wheels for Wellbeing and our tree expert Phil Paulo (CPRE London) for a supported outdoor session exploring local green spaces using a range of mobility aids, including adapted bikes and scooters, supplied.
Led by Phil, this guided tour will introduce participants to urban trees, sharing insights into tree management and biodiversity across the City.
Designed for those with limited mobility, this session aims to build confidence in accessing outdoor environments, while promoting wellbeing and social connection in an inclusive and supportive setting.
Our event starts with a one hour ride, ending at the Park Life Café for tea and coffee, then their will be the opportunity to stay on for futher deep dive into the trees and ecology of the park for those who want to keep going!
Age UK City of London will be kindly helping to share this opportunity with local residents.

Phil Paulo (MCIH) - CPRE London
Phil is Director of the London Tree Ring at CPRE London, leading an ambitious 25-year vision to create a connected ring of trees around the capital. With over 30 years’ experience across the environmental and conservation sector, Phil has worked with organisations including the Tree Council, London Wildlife Trust, The Conservation Volunteers, and formerly St Mungo’s. His work focuses on large-scale tree planting, habitat connectivity, and empowering communities to take action for nature and climate resilience.
Wheels for Wellbeing
Is a London-based charity working to ensure that Disabled people can access the physical, social and practical benefits of cycling. Through inclusive cycling sessions, advocacy and expert guidance, they support people of all ages and abilities while campaigning to remove barriers and improve access to cycling across the UK.
