Designed to reawaken individual connections with nature. This is a perfect way to spend an hour when our days are restricted from spending time outdoors.

We will journey through four nature questions linking these with tree and nature images, poems and stories.

Come in and join in an hour's slow meandering with nature and trees on the page. The Inner and Outer Nature Self Discovery card deck launched in 2021 are a series of 49 nature and tree inspired journal writing prompts. The writing prompts are a gentle way of reconnecting with nature out in the environment and to use the metaphors and lessons from nature to reflect on the nature of self. Each question in the card deck draws from the rich language and metaphors embedded in nature.

Without having to step outside your front door these journal prompts will help reawaken your individual connection with nature and Mother Earth as well as revive your relationship with your own meaning and purpose.

During the workshop you will journal in response to four journal prompts from the deck linking these with tree and nature images, poems and stories.
