Writing that speaks

We’ve launched a new writing competition, in association with our colleagues at walk · listen · create, in which we invite you to write non-fiction stories about places and trees which are familiar to you.

“Neighbourhood narratives - stories from around us” comes with cash prizes, and we have recruited seven volunteer judges, who have a range of expertise and knowledge of the built and natural environment. Their task is to select from the submissions, those which are most appropriate to be made into short audio podcasts that will be geo-located on the Placecloud.io platform.
