Gathered around the majestic redwood in Kilburn Grange Park, participants explore grounding, spiralling growth, and branching expansion through guided spinal somatics and playful movement.
Drawing from Nicola Geismar’s Free Your Spine™️ methodology — developed over a decade and activated at Nike and SXSW — this session transforms outdoor space into a living installation. Participants reconnect with their bodies, breath, and rhythm while engaging in a shared community experience.
Accessible to all ages and abilities, Root to Rise blends nature, movement, and mindful play to create connection, energy, and embodied joy in the heart of the city.
