Tie A Green Ribbon Round an Old Oak Tree

Event Information

We will ask people to Tie a Green ribbon around any of the Old Oak Trees outlined in @TiCLme Grenfell map of urban Trees and any of the ones planted by Trees4Grenfell.

Green Ribbon can be collected from our Gardens cabin at Hope Gardens W10 6SW or bought if not close by. 

All communities are are invited to remember the 72+ that died in Grenfell Tower.  It will be a reminder of those lost and show support for the Hope and growth of our communities at all levels so a tragedy like this never happens again.

Trees4Grenfell

Trees4Grenfell has been a project run by a wide community who came together to draft a plan how we could impact such a disaster as gardeners and we started Trees4Grenfell to plant trees in honour of not only the victims and families but the global community that showed their support.

We are a small community organisation that plant trees in commemoration of the 72+ that died in Grenfell Tower.  Our tree plantings are designed to bring the cross cultures and age groups together so are multi-generational.

Find us: Hammersmith & City Line to Latimer Road Station out the Station turn right head for the flyover, turn right at the shops under flyover and you will see our little green Oasis called Hope Gardens.
