The Tree Council, in collaboration with Dulwich Picture Gallery and The Tree Art Gallery, will host an online webinar discussing the role of trees in physical landscapes, alongside a curated presentation of artworks depicting trees.
Experts from both the art and environmental fields will share insights into the significance of trees in nature and culture.
The online webinar will be chaired by Sara Lom, CEO of The Tree Council.

Adam Curtis
Senior Officer, Community Planting Projects at The Tree Council. A tree expert who offers insights into the ecological and environmental importance of trees.
Jennifer Scott
Curator at Dulwich Picture Gallery -Jennifer Scott was formerly Director of the Holburne Museum, Bath, and Curator of Paintings at Royal Collection Trust. She previously worked in the curatorial departments of The National Gallery, London and National Museums Liverpool.
Emmeline Hallmark
Founder and Curator of The Tree Art Gallery, providing expertise in landscape art. Studied and specialised in British landscape art of the 18th and 19th centuries at the Courtauld Institute and for over twenty years worked in the international art world as Head of the British Paintings and Drawings’ department and Senior Director at Sotheby’s.
