In these two pieces recorded in Sydenham Hill Wood (17th & 24th May), Amanda reads a number of #sundaynatureworship blog posts written since the start of 2020 based on her weekly visit to Sydenham Hill Wood. The posts cover topics ranging from finding the first spring flowers and hearing returning warblers to the challenges of nature watching during lockdown.

"My regular Sunday nature meditations are an opportunity for me to celebrate the interesting things I experience in my local patch through the seasons and my interactions with the people I meet there  It's great therapy for coping with the challenges of suburban life." These extracts were recorded early morning in the woods and we hope that you get a sense of where Amanda is as she reads her blog piece.
